New Karachi store
The DHA Phase 8 opening marks Costa Coffee’s 13th store in Pakistan, underlining the brand’s continued expansion in the country and its focus on establishing a stronger presence in Karachi.

Akram Wali Muhammad, Group Managing Director of Gerry’s Group, said Costa Coffee had evolved beyond being simply a coffee brand in Pakistan.
“Costa Coffee has become much more than a coffee brand in Pakistan. It has evolved into a place where people meet, work, celebrate milestones and build everyday connections,” he said.
“As we continue expanding, our focus remains on identifying communities where Costa can naturally become part of people’s daily lives. DHA Phase 8 represents exactly that opportunity.”

Wali Muhammad added that Gerry’s Group’s long-standing relationship with Costa Coffee had helped it understand and maintain the brand’s international standards and customer experience.
“Gerry’s Group has been associated with Costa Coffee for many years, including operating more than 60 Costa Coffee stores across the United Kingdom. That long-standing relationship gives us a deep understanding of the brand’s global standards, culture and customer experience,” he said.

“Our objective has always been to preserve that authenticity while thoughtfully adapting the experience for customers in Pakistan.”
Founded in London in 1971, Costa Coffee has been crafting coffee for more than 50 years. Its distinctive Mocha Italia Signature Blend remains at the heart of the brand, alongside a commitment to consistent quality, genuine care and memorable coffee experiences.

Tom Alexander, Retail Franchise Manager, Costa Coffee, MENA, welcomed the latest opening and said the launch demonstrated Costa Coffee’s continued commitment to growing its presence in Karachi.
“The launch of Costa Coffee’s 13th store in Pakistan is a fantastic step and shows commitment from Costa to continue building our brand in Karachi,” he said.
“I’m delighted to see the fantastic team creating another welcoming space for people to connect and enjoy great coffee. Wishing the entire Costa Coffee Pakistan team continued success for this exciting new chapter and I can’t wait to visit very soon.”
The latest opening comes as Karachi’s café culture continues to evolve, with consumers increasingly seeking spaces that combine quality food and beverages with comfortable environments for socialising, working and spending time with family.
Costa Coffee said it would continue to invest in locations that complement changing consumer lifestyles while maintaining its signature range of handcrafted beverages and food offerings.

Costa Coffee DHA Phase 8 officially opened its doors to customers on 12 August at 5pm, offering its coffee, food and bakery range alongside the brand’s signature hospitality.
Customers can also benefit from exclusive card discounts available through partnerships with more than 12 leading banks.
The brand has also announced that Costa Coffee Lake City is coming soon, signalling further expansion of its Pakistan footprint.
